[i3-discuss] Setting up i3wm on Dell u3417w

Hi,

I'm trying to setup i3wm on a Dell laptop with an external monitor (Dell
u3417w).

The text seems to be a bit too stretched out and it's hard to work.

I tried changing the resolution using "xrandr", but it didn't help.

Did anyone else incur the problem with it?

I'm using i3 version 4.14.1 with running ubuntu 18.04.

Any help will be appreciated.
